Yes. ZoyaCab specialises in one-way intercity cabs across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh. You pay for the booked one-way trip instead of a forced two-way stand-taxi fare. Popular routes include Patna to Siwan, Patna to Gaya, Patna to Muzaffarpur, and Patna Airport transfers.

Fares are calculated before you pay, from the selected route or estimated road distance, vehicle category, and any add-ons you choose. The amount shown at checkout is the trip fare you confirm. Local stand taxis often charge a two-way return; ZoyaCab quotes a one-way intercity fare for the journey you book.
Yes. Cab rental on ZoyaCab invoices includes GST at 5%. Your checkout total is the amount payable for the quoted trip fare, including that GST.
ZoyaCab accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay checkout online. You can pay the full fare or a 30% advance, with the remaining balance payable as shown on your booking. Cash collection can be arranged when the office team confirms it.
Yes. Choose the 30% advance plan at checkout when it is offered. The advance is collected online. The remaining balance is due as stated on your booking, usually to the driver during the trip.
Toll tax & parking are paid by the customer and are not included in the quoted trip fare. Pay tolls and parking at actuals during the trip. They are not added as a guess in the online quote.
A night driver allowance may apply for pickups between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The applicable amount is confirmed before you are charged. It is not silently added to a daytime quote.
Yes. Pet travel is supported with a ₹500 pet add-on. Select pet travel while booking so the fee is included in the fare. Tell the team about the pet type and crate or leash so the right vehicle can be assigned.
Same-day or urgent bookings may include an urgent fee of ₹200–500. The team confirms the amount before it is charged. A vomit or interior cleaning fee of ₹200 applies only after the trip if needed, and only after confirmation.
Cancellation is free before a driver is assigned. If you paid a 30% advance, that advance is fully refundable on an eligible cancellation. After a driver is assigned, contact support immediately so the team can confirm whether a fee applies. Completed trips cannot be cancelled.
